How Neo Security, Inc. handles personal information. Effective July 18, 2026.

Neo Security, Inc. (“Neo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides agentic software security products and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.neo.ai, contact us about a demo, apply for a role, attend an event, or otherwise interact with us online.

This policy does not govern customer data processed through Neo products under a customer agreement, or the practices of third parties we do not control. Those activities may be covered by separate agreements or privacy notices.

For example, when you contact us about a demo, register for an event, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide your name, work email, company, role, organization size, and the contents of your message. If you apply for a role, our recruiting provider may collect your contact details, employment history, and application materials.

When you use the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the site.

  • Device and network data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Usage data, such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and the date and time of a visit.
  • Approximate location inferred from an IP address and campaign attribution data from links you follow.

Neo does not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

Our site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
