Requirements • 4+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a related generalist role, ideally at a startup or fast-growing company. • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously without dropping details. • Comfortable negotiating with and managing vendors, contractors, and building management. • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well with employees and leadership at all levels. • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements without needing significant oversight. • Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack) and comfort learning new internal tools. • A hands-on, no-task-too-small attitude, paired with the judgment to prioritize and escalate appropriately. • Based in or able to relocate to the Boston, MA area, and available to work in-office full-time. Nice to Haves • Experience opening or standing up a new office space, including build-out or move logistics. • Experience supporting People/HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, or culture programs. • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, expense management, or procurement tools (e.g., Expensify, Bill.com, Ramp). • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, or another fast-paced technical industry. • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP), or comfort using project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Notion). • Interest in growing into a broader Operations, People, or Chief of Staff role as the company scales.
